Registration and Pricing

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@derm-collab.com at least two weeks before the conference. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds (no refunds for “no-shows”). There will be no charge for substitutions. This conference is subject to change or cancellation. TDC reserves the right to change the delivery format, delay, or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled, your registration fee will be refunded.
